Es esencial que los actores hablen con claridad y se sientan cómodos con las grabaciones y las lecturas en frío, además de romper la barrera del idioma cuando actúan en un idioma extranjero.

TALLER IMPARTIDO POR LUIS CAÑETE
Luis S. Cañete is a Spanish-American Casting Director that started casting in 1998 in New York City and recently in Los Angeles. He is a member of the Casting Society of America (CSA) and the Television Academy that now works consistently in Los Angeles, London and Madrid and specializes on US and European Co-Productions. Recently, he cast an American Indie film called Adventure Tom starring Graham Patrick Martin (Hulu’s Catch-22) and Andrea Londo (Narcos), Remember Me with Bruce Dern and Brian Cox , another American feature called High Adventure where he cast Mena Suvari and Bruce Campbell, a 9 episode mini-series called Queens, Virgin & Martyr in London & Spain for RTVE which is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
In addition he casted roles for BBC's Six Wives with Lucy Worsley, Warner Bros. Belgium's TV series The Infiltrator, Disney’s Evermoor TV series and Netflix’s Duck Butter feature film. Also, he was the casting associate to HBO's Oscar nominated film María Llena Eres de Gracia and Tom Cruise's film Knight & Day. Luis also wrote, directed and produced his award winning short film, Sad Sally’s Peering Plan which debuted at the LA Film Festival. https://www.luiscanete.com/education He holds a B.A. In Theater from George Mason University in Virginia, USA and studied Final Cut Pro editing at the Manhattan Edit Workshop. He has extensive training and experience in production and has worked on films such as Super Troopers, The Cold Light of Day & Blair Witch 2.
